The Anderson, Wilmarth, Van Der Maaten, Belay & Fretheim Law Firm was founded
in 1957 by Attorney Paul Strand. Since that date, the firm has provided legal counsel to individuals and businesses
in Winneshiek County, Northeastern Iowa and Southern Minnesota. We are located at 212 Winnebago Street in Decorah,
across the street from the Winneshiek County Courthouse. The law firm is comprised of attorneys

Stephen J. Belay and
Daniel L. Fretheim.
Calvin R. Anderson is of counsel to the firm.
Our lawyers and their support staff handle many
types of legal matters, including trial practice, probate, estate planning, real estate, insurance, banking,
domestic relations, taxation, corporate, bankruptcy, workers' compensation and Social Security law.
